I did a bold thing the other day. Every time I go to the Orange Peel smoothie shop. I see all these signs on wheat grass and the good it can do you. SO I decided I'll try a shot. I asked the girl what it taste like and she said " you know how it smells right after you mow the lawn? I taste just like that." So I said "what the heck I'll try it". It was the tiniest amount, probably about a 1/4 of a cup. Oh man it was nasty? I plugged my nose and chugged it down, and just about threw up. For like an hour after that I kept having grass burps. The next day I felt like a million bucks. I don't think it was just in my head either. I had forgotten about it and was trying to figure out how come I felt so good. Then I remembered that nasty wheat grass. I got this little fact about it of a website "Wheat grass juice, made from sprouted wheat berries, is said to be high in chlorophyll. Claims are that the juice "cleanses" the body, neutralizes toxins, slows the aging process, and prevents cancer."

hey...I just went there for the fist time today. That bubble tea is some weird stuff.
I've never tried the bubble tea, just the smoothies. They are good.
YUMMY! I remember trying this at zuka when it was here! It is nasty!! But, hey all the pro's for 1/4 of a cup! Totally worth it!
Annie you are so funny! Jen is coming down this week, you guys should get together.
See, I told you! I did a shot of wheat grass everyday when I worked in Vegas, and I had more energy, and could run for longer periods of time! GOOD JOB ANNIE!
Yummy! Love what wheat grass does for you! My midwife had me take a daily shot for two weeks before I was due and I honestly had the easiest labor ever !
