A few dinner ideas from Heather

My Sister in Law Heather sent me some new recipes that I thought I would share. I'm always looking for new stuff and I'm sure other people are too so check this out. Thanks Heather!

Betty Crocker Suddenly Pasta Salads and add croutons, chicken, parmesan cheese and tomatoes. Canned chicken works or you could cook up some tenders. Can add lettuce to the salad also.

Buffalo chicken quesadillas
Franks Red Hot sauce on cooked chicken, flour tortillas, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos . Served with Ranch, sour cream or guacamole.

Buffalo chicken salad
Lettuce, croutons, onions, cucumbers, cheese, yellow peppers, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, Franks Red Hot sauce on cooked chicken and of course Ranch.

Almond Chicken
1 package chicken breasts or tenders dipped in: 1/4 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then,
Mix together:
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Pour over top of chicken with about 1/4 cup slivered almonds and cook for 30 more minutes.Serve over this rice:
3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup white rice
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Cook these together in a skillet until almonds and rice are a bit browned. Add rice mixture to 1 cup chicken broth. Stir together and let sit at least 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
