Isn't it crazy how hard you work getting ready for Christmas and it's over before you can blink. It kind of makes me sad. I must say this year was a really fun one though. My kids are at fun ages, and it was so fun to watch them enjoy the Christmas season. Christmas Eve was a blast we started out by going to Pine Valley to play in the snow. The kids had so much fun and it was such a nice day not too cold but not too hot we didn't even have to wear our coats. Then we came home and got ready to go have dinner at my mom's. Always a yummy feast. (Thanks mom!) Got cute cozy new Jammies, made gingerbread houses or at least tried while the kids ate the frosting and candy. If there was a contest for cutest house Heather would have definitely won. Then we headed over to Chad's parents for a little Christmas program. My sister-in-law Emma has an awesome voice and she sang us a pretty Christmas song. Then Chad sang "you're a mean one Mr. Grinch" except we changed the words to fit our family. Hilarious is all I can say! Everyone got a kick out of it (maybe not Chad's Mom though) Then Bill and Christina's family was a live nativity. It was great fun!
